What is the 4.5 Somalia’s Power Sharing Structure ?
Simply put this 4.5 formula is the division of the Somali populations into five groups along the clan lines where four of the five groups are the” major clans” whereas the fifth group includes all other clans and peoples not covered by the first four groups.
The 4.5 formula finds its origin in the collapse of the Somali states in January 1991 following the ouster ruling dictator Mohamed Said Barre when the government fell, victorious clans’ revenge at the Darod clan of the president.
It is the political structure that is adopted by the Federal Republic of Somalia which is based on the needs and wants of major oppressors/clans in Somalia.
This formula allows
parliament seats to be shared and divided along tribal lines of the major clans.
Cabinet must also follow this structure and all other matters relating to state must always have this ratio as the starting point.
Who are these armed clans?
The four armed clans are HAWIYE, DIR, DAROOD and DIGIL&MIR&(Rahaweyn).
the DIR group also include the ISSAQ clan which is the dominant force in Somaliland, Northern part of Somalia.
The 0.5 group or the ‘Others’ are the Somali NANTU, the COASTAL tribes (Reer HAMAR, BSNADIRI, BARAWINI, BaAJUNI, MIDGAN, TUMAAL, YOBIR, MUUSE DHERIILE, ARABS, EYLE and MCHINA -UTTA (Boon).
The Somali bantu tribes are in nine regions (9 regions) on the south of Somalia and about 50-52% (half populations of Somalia.
Somali Bantu are referred and called SLAVE or BIG NOSE or kINKI HAIR.
The four armed clans refuse to inter marry with Bantus and Midgan tribes.
If the Bantu young boy married with major clans they will kill or burn to death alive.
Because of this political power sharing based clan affiliation, clan allegiances have become more important than loyalty to the state.Bantus are Pagans, Slaves, completely eradicate the respect of basic human rights.
WHY SOMALI BANTU EXCLUDED POLITICAL RECONCILIATION WHICH IS GOING IN MOGADISHU RIGHT NOW?
The answer is very simple;Somali politicians
whether from the Federal governt or Al Shabab terrorist or from intellectuals deny the rights of Somali Bantu , they believing that they are PAGANS and has no right to share with them.
Somali Bantu Situation in Somalia.
After the downfall of dictator general Mohamed Siyad Barre in 1991, the four armed clans from the north (see the map)’occupied under the gunpoint and took everything infront of them; the Bantu became homeless and internal displaced people.
Many of them are killed,raped and looted.
poverty, disease and illness elaborate.
Nowadays the Somali Federal government and Al Shabab are using the same tactic to eliminate our youth.
Somali government recruited thousands of Somali Bantj in the Army without high rank officers (but not in the police)and they are putting in front line of the war fighting against Al Shabab and Al Shabab also using the same style as Somali Federal government,at the end many of our young youths have died.

more than hundreds are killed silently to eliminating Wagosha youth in the army.

Our young Wagosha young could scape&run from Al Shabab (because they don’t have good weapons to defend by themselves.
Al Shabab put in that area many explosions.
In the morning, the army commander of Jubaland (Ogaden tribe)came to the area and called these soldiers and villagers and asked them to clean the rents and the area.
Unfortunately many young boys lost their lives.
The Jubaland commander army was new there were explosive in the tents and the area.
Al Shabab,Somali government are working with the same plan in eliminating of Somali Bantu and Wagosha people.
Al Shabab Terrorist
Al Shabab is occupying almost the southern part of Somalia the heart of Somali Bantu
Al Shabab members are terrorizing our people and recruiting our youth to fight against their own people and in the horn and South African countries. This is modern colonization mainly of designed to oppress Somali Bantu in Somalia as well as the whole African countries.
Al Shabab is killing and torturing Somali Bantu every day, forcing to pay taxes in the name of charity (Zakat) to Al Shabab, forcing underage girls to jihadist.
We are facing systematic and all types of shameless apartheid & discrimination and human violation and must be stopped.
We call for JUSTICE, EQUALITY AND DEMOCRATIC ELECTED GOVERNMENT.
WE DEMAND FAIR POLITICAL REPRESENTATION IN THE PARLIAMENT.
THE NINESOUTHERN REGIONS FROM HIRAN TO LOWER JUBA BELONG TO THE
SOMALI BANTU AND MUST LEAD POLITICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY AND SECURITY..
