“I didn’t expect more than 3000 students to taking responsibilities by themselves to learn our constitution,” Says minister of constitutional affairs
Minister of Constitutional Affairs Hon. Mohamed Haji Adam Elmi revealed that he was utterly surprised when he saw more than 3000 students attentively studying Somaliland constitution and patriotism.
He said due to public demand, his ministry established a centre for teaching the constitution and patriotism in Hargeisa.
The minister promised the learners that after completion of their course the president of Somaliland H.E Musa Bihi Abdi will be the chief guest at their graduation ceremony.
Minister of constitutional affairs stated these sentiments on his visit to the centre in Hargeisa.
“I’m elated and astonished at the same time. I didn’t expect such numerous students to attend these courses of constitution and patriotism. This is also a good sign that our people like to learn new things. I shall make sure I brief the president about this development.” Reiterated minister Mohamed Haji Adam Elmi
