Hargeisa: The Government is focused on upgrading, streamlining and advancing the chores of collection of taxes and its management.
While informing the council of cabinet members under the chairmanship of the President H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi on Thursday on the preparation of the 2020 national budget, the Minister of Finance Development Dr. Sa’ad Ali Shire pointed out that come 2020 its main policy would be to zero in on the implementation of the development programs.
As per the National Development Plan II objectives, he detailed the treasury’s plans while addressing the 42nd cabinet session; the minister highlighted the development’s focus on the collection of taxes.
On the other hand, the Minister of Employment, Social and family, Hon. Hinda Jama Hirsi, gave details on the ministry’s national plans of upgrading skills and it’s monitoring in National Internship Policy.
The Postal and Telecommunications Minister on his part availed plans of establishing electronic Services for the government, the E-government of Somaliland.
