President Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo has sent a message of Condolence to the Turkish Prime Minister and the people of Turkey who are mourning the death of 274miners who perished today.
In a press statement released by the official Presidential Spokesperson Mr. Ahmed Saleban Dhuhul stated as follows:
President Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo on behalf of the people of the Republic of Somaliland expresses his deepest sorrow for the untimely death at least 274 miners at a blast which occurred at coal mine accident on Wednesday.
President Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo also wished the Turkish people luck in the ongoing rescue operations 787 people were inside the coal mine in Soma, some 250 kilometers south of İstanbul, at the time of the accident.
President Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud (Silanyo) sends its heartfelt condolences to Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan , the people of Turkey and the families of the at least 270 miners who lost their lives in the mining accident today. May Allah (SWT) bless their soul’s in his final abode. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Turkish people and the families of the 270 Miners during this difficult time.
