H.E President Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo has today issued a Presidential decree # JSL/M/XERM/249-3319/052015 in which he appoints a new Somaliland Ambassador to Ethiopia.
President Silanyo in accordance with powers bestowed upon him by Article 90 of the Constitution of Somaliland.
The need to fill the vacant post of Somaliland Ambassador to Ethiopia.
President Silanyo appoints Mr. Mahmoud Aden Jama Galaal as the new Somaliland Ambassador to Ethiopia with immediate effect.
