The President H.E. Musa Bihi Abdi met over the week Danish Ambassador to Somaliland and Somalia Mette Knudsen, who was accompanied by her deputy Nina Berg.
The Head of State discussed with the Danish diplomats on ways and means of enhancing, bolstering, and furthering the bilateral relations, especially as concerns the Somaliland Development Fund (SDF) programs in which Denmark is one of the sponsors.
They focused on the SDF’s 2020 projects and also the democratization processes at hand. This visit is part of a numerous ones of similar angles that western diplomats have been paying the country which also pondered on the
general stabilization of the security of the Horn of Africa.
The President was flanked by the VP, interior and Livestock ministers.
