Trip to have positive impacts on the country’s interests

The President H.E. Ahmed Mohammed Mohamud Silanyo jetted out of the country yesterday at noon headed for Abudhabi on an official tour for a few days.
The Head of State told nation that his journey is meant to solidify the bilateral relations with the Emirates hence it was one that had a lot of interests in store for the country.
“The tour will not only be in favour of fortifying the bilateral relations cherished so far but it is one that has a lot of positive impacts on the country’s interests”.
He elaborated the fact that apart from dealing with various issues already appertaining in the ties he said that it was also a follow-up of assorted programs whose discussions between the two countries had been underway for quite a while.
The President was accompanied in his tour by the First Lady Amina Sheikh Mohammed Jirde “Amina Weris” the Minister of the presidency, Interior Minister and Water the Honoroubles Hassan Ali Hersi, Ali Mohammed Waran-adde and Bashe Ali Jama respectively. Also in the tour is the deputy health minister Hon. Hassan Dahir Dimbil, the president’s private secretary Ahmed Ali Ahmed and the First Lady’s side Sabah Ali Diiriye.
They were seen off at the airport by the VP H.E. Abdirahman Ismael Saili’i, several cabinet ministers, the services commanders and top civil servants among others eminent personalities.
