In the 52nd session of Somaliland’s Cabinet meeting held on Thursday 09/01, 2020, chaired by the President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi, and the Vice President of Somaliland, H.E. Abdurrahman Abdilahi Ismail (Saylici), they approved the civil service act and delibrarated on others.
Firstly, the council of ministers approved the amendment and supplementation made to the Civil Servants Act, after the Minister of Public Works, Land, and Housing of the Republic of Somaliland briefed the cabinet.
Afterward, the cabinet of ministers had a lengthy deliberation on two outstanding acts:
- Child protection rights,
- Investment Act.
