The #PFM Coordination Department has organized and conducted Performance Appraisal Training for senior staff of the Ministry of Finance Development on February 19, 2020.
The training is part of the reform efforts and aims to equip Directors of Departments, Deputy Directors and Head of Sections with the skills necessary for performance appraisal framework.
The main objective of this Performance Appraisal training is to enable supervisors to evaluate their employees, provide feedback, improve internal communication, understand training needs, clarifying roles and responsibilities and determine how to allocate rewards and improve the performance of the employees and maximize their future potential.
