The vice president Abdirahman Abdillahi Ismail in his office meet with officials from Fair Fishing and Transfigure Foundation, both committed to developing the local fishing sector.
The VP during the meeting discussed with the officials from the two organizations the need of facilitating and organizing the Fisheries Fair in the country each year, and presenting the products of the of the local fisheries industry, together with the Fair Fishing and Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries Department in Somaliland.
On the other hand, the vice president welcomed Transfigure Foundation proposal to open a branch in Somaliland.
The VP urged the representatives of both companies to support the local anglers to create jobs and business opportunities.
