The Minister of Interior of Somaliland Hon. Mohamed Kahin Ahmed, Governor of Sool Region Abdikarin Aden Diriye, Commander of the Eastern Zone of the Somaliland National Army, Commander of the Sool Regional Police, various officers of the various national forces and civilians attended the stately funeral service held for the fallen Police Rapid Force officers who died in car crash on outskirts of Yagoori district in Sool region over the week.
The Commander of the Somaliland Police Force, Brigadier General Mohamed Adan Saqadhi sent his condolences to the families of the four soldiers who died in a road accident in Yagori district, and prayed to Allah for quick recovery of the other casualties.
Colonel Ibrahim Abdi Haji, the Police Operations chief said that the 4 Police soldiers died and seven others sustained injuries, after their vehicle on a mission involved got involved in a car accident near Yagori.
Chief of Operations Colonel Ibrahim said the rights of fallen soldiers who are treated as living veteran would be forwarded to their families, wives and children.
