Mr. Saleban Hassan Hadioo, the Mayor of Borame flanked by representatives of Nagaad Network and UNICEF launched a program called UP SHIFTING to support local youth entrepreneurial talent and connect them to the local market and beyond, the entrepreneurship competition was announced on the 13 October 2019 by NAGAAD Network Coalition.
The ceremony held in Borame was for the launching of the UP SHIFTING the program which will fund startups for 50 youth both Male and Female alike in Awdal region members of Nagaad and UN officials, the Ministry of Labor Coordinator in Awdal region in his speech urged the youth to use this opportunity well.
