Mekele University and Somaliland ministry of energy and minerals signed MoU in the field of on capacity building and resource mobilization Cooperation.
The director general of Somaliland Ministry of water Mohamed Yusuf Ismail signed a Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the president of Mekele University Dr. Atto Kindeya.
The agreement will focus on capacity development experience sharing, improving the planning, design implementation of water resource development projects, improving water sector policy strategic directions and resources mobilization for water sector development in Somaliland.
