The Somaliland Foreign minister, Yasin Haji Mohamud Hir, “Faraton” met with the Permanent Secratary at the Kenyan Foreign Office. Ambassador Peter Macharia in Nairobi.
The two diplomats discussed areas of mutual interests, including trade, security in the region, good governance and the democratic ties between Somaliland and Kenya.
Foreign Minister, Yasin Haji Mohamud “Faratoon” has been in Kenya for the past week and held meetings with senior Kenyan officials and members of the diplomatic community in Nairobi.
The meeting was also attended by the Somaliland representative in Kenya, Bashe Awil Omar.
