The Former Somali Minister of Finance Mr. Abdirahman Duale Beyle who hails from the Awdal region.
Dr. Bayle said that the people of Awdal have expressed their reservation regarding distribution of shares.
Dr. Bayle also stated that Abdirahman Irro is the person who can save Somaliland today and remove it from the current situation.
