The President of the Republic of Somaliland, His Excellency Muse Bihi
Abdi has given a legacy to the new members of the National Elections
Commission who recently passed the approval of the House of
Representatives were sworn in today.
The members of the National Electoral Commission who came before the
President today, and three of them were sworn in by the president of
the Supreme Court, lawyer Adan Haji Ali Ahmed, the president urged
them to carry out their national duties responsibly and diligently,
and to ensure that they carry out the broad tasks of the elections
that the nation is waiting for should start early.
The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, first
of all urged the approved members of the Electoral Commission to show
unity and collective responsibility within themselves, and make bylaws
to follow them.
President Muse Bihi Abdi confirmed that the members of the commission
are sitting on the implementation of the two elections for the unions
and the president and he noted that the one of the unions will come
first, and he said, “There are two elections on us that you are going
to take, one is that of the parties, when you The three parties
produce the president and the president will be elected, and the
organizations that run away want the president, and it is not possible
to say that the organizations that form an organization will not go to
the president and wait for a while, and it is not in accordance with
the law.”
Finally, the president of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi
Abdi, told the members of the commission that he is standing by his
side as the president, and he is giving his full support to everything
that depends on him.
