The Speaker of the Somaliland House of Representatives, Hon Bashe Mohamed Farah, in a press conference held today in his office, responded to recent remarks made by the leader of opposition UCID Eng. Faisal Ali Warabe.
Hon Bashe Mohamed Farah speaking to the media said that Chairman Faisal Ali Warabe’s remarks were irresponsible and unacceptable and were aimed at alienate certain communities in eastern regions of Somaliland.
Hon Bashe Mohamed Farah said that Eng. Feisal Ali Waraabe should be held accountable for his actions.
The Speaker further revealed that a motion will be tabled barring Eng. Feisal from running for the top office in the land for the fourth time once parliament reconveys.
