The #PFM reform Coordination Department has organized a 3-day training on legal prospective of auditing for the Legal Unit of the Auditor General Office on Jun 13 – 15.
During this training, participants were familiarized with the principles of criminal law, Law on the Prevention of the Misappropriation of Public Assets & on Combatting Corruption, Law No. 38/2007.
The training was designed to help staff who conduct Investigation of offenses on fraud and irregularities which involves substantive and procedural laws affecting fundamental human rights and freedom of the individual.
