Somaliland authorities registered 29 new coronavirus cases in the past 48 hours. According to the SL Ministry of Health, the total case count now stands at 286.
The health ministry further said that it conducted tests to 110 but 29 patients have tested positive for the Covid-19 pandemic. 24 patients who tested positive out of the 29 cases live in Hargeisa while 5 others live in Burao.
A woman who is 28 years old has succumbed to complications arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, bringing the total death toll to 19. Five people have fully recovered from the coronavirus pandemic in Somaliland, bringing the total to 33.
