The invitation was a surprise from the government especially this time where many citizens were worried of the current political situation in the country.
There is no official statement from the opposition but sources close to KULMIYE told Somalilandpress that there are consultation meetings going on between the opposition parties today. They might set conditions to attend the meeting.

I hope they attend for the good of Somaliland.
Opposition party should put the interest of the country first and attend the meeting not only without precondition, but with ease and level headedness.
They must adopt also strategy to prolong the meeting into a number of sequences meeting with short span of time, until they satisfactorily hammer it out all relevant issue.
But one thing they should understand. All Somalilander inside/out were enthusiastic about the voter registration list, but INTERPEACE has failed us by carrying out unprofessional schemes that will have a serious repercussion for this coming election, and to keep them at bay is national interest until the country can deal with them affectively which is not in time soon.

Well said SIBPTT,
I agree with you.
They need to meet to solve the current political crisis, however, before such meeting takes place Riyale and his NEC should renounce their miscalculated decision of unilatiraly declaring the elections to be held without voter registration results. Two, the meeting needs to take place on nuetral grounds not Riyale's house.
Sonofsnm,
Presidential Place does not belong to rayale nor it belongs to SNM. We have to understand that as for basis. That kind of idealogy will destroy our nationhood. If we want to get rid off Rayale, we need t make sure not to include the Presidential Place too, because that belongs to everyone and don`t be coward to throw away what belongs to the nation just for the sake of Rayale.
The house belongs to the nation not a property of Rayale unless we are too narrow minded and to put that as a condtion to hold dialogue will be a sign of too weakness to the Ruling-Party-to-be.
